Akiyume recruitment Thread

Hello, my in-game name is akiyume and I am a player who is really keen on joining a full-term clan where there has a proper system of management or I can help co-lead into a well-organized clan.

Some background information about me is that I was part of a semi-competitive, semi-casual clan previously that I have joined for about a month. The co-leader and me really connected well, we structured the whole clan to prep. for Clan Wars and we achieved an average of 2.63stars per war (35 vs 35, we had 91 stars/105), which these stats include a lot of remaining extra attacks. The only problem was with the fact that me and the co-leader have had a background of a competitive gaming, and we really didn't sit well with the Leader not doing his duty as a leader-role, and not establishing control over his family members in the clan. Anyways things didn't go too well as the Co-leader rushed to make a new clan and failed, but this is all of the past. If any of the members from this clan reads this, or the co-leader, I wish you well, and good luck.

Back to the main topic, I am a person who is fun and relaxed but have been gaming for many years and I know what clan will survive and whether the Leader is fit to be Leader or not. So if you have members that you just recently recruited and have no idea who the hell they are, do not read any further.

I know that I seem to be all high mighty, but I am just establishing the fact that I AM the co-leader/ Clan War organizer material from the get go. It's either you respect my experience as a player who knows his stuff, or you think I am an arrogant player, that means you yourself are not fit to have me in your clan. I am tired of short-term clans that do not have a proper structure or know what is right and what is wrong. For example a clan that I tried to joined, the Leader said, "Why should I listen to you? I am higher level than you." is an example of a leader, who does not know the value in me, in how the system of the game works, or knows how experience does not equate to level.

Somethings that I have tried to establish include, Introduction and Absent Thread, Official Warning and Removal Thread, Clan War Leader Request Thread, are just the tip of the iceberg attempts and ideas I have tried to implement into the previous clan but couldn't really get it to work. Please note that Apricity was the fail clan forum that was almost made, and I wish to omit my previous clan I was in. Here is an example of what my role as an Clan War Strategist does:

That was my last clan war with this clan, and it was a new system of pairing people for attacking that I was trying to do. There are still a lot of room for improvements but what I have to offer is a creative, well-structured group.



What I am trying to look for is either:
A) A clan that has about 10-30 members that need some sort of structure which needs assistance in management and is willing to trust my judgements. I will help build your clan up, and only for those that are willing to rapidly grow stronger, not stay at lv20-40 for a few months or playing favourites and not kicking a useless person just because you know them. Everything must be followed in order for success.

OR

B) A well-establish clan that is willing to hear feed-back from me in regards to clan war, or assistance in management in regards to either Clan War or forum/system creating.


Things I do not wish to touch with a 10 foot pole:
- a clan that offers free elder/donation amount will get elder stats
This is just a clan that will collapse due to how powerful the position of Elder is given and the role of elder will collapse under such pre-tense. Every position will be earned through hard work/contribution.

-a clan that plays favourites/family clan/Casual clan
I do respect that there are clans that wish to farm, are family clans where your cousins or your son is playing the game. But If this is the case, I do not wish to follow what happened within my previous clan, and not be able to structure everything properly because people have some form of accommodations.



Either case, whether it's a clan that is just recently new, or a well-established clan I would love to be useful to the clan, to be respected as a person who is knowledgable and have an authority bases. Even though I have been only playing this clan only recently, I know how to structure things properly, and I know I still have a lot of room for improvements. Please do keep in mind, just because I wish to contribute, doesn't mean I am 'Power hungry' for Co-leader. That is just counter-productive of what it means to give the roles a chance. If you know that your clan is well structure, and has established roles for members and Elder/Co-leaders, and still wish to promote me, by all means, it's still good. Either way, the role is just a stone of which I can see whether or not other members respect this position as a role, or respect me as an Authority. I wish to commit to a strong clan that has a future, and I wish that I will be of help and enjoy being helped through-out the game.

I have almost every troops Lv4 but Barbarian, Lv2 Dragons are currently being upgraded. I get 3 Stars almost all the time in clan wars. On average in my previous clan I donated/received about 1000/750-1500/1500 per season ,which isn't much, since the previous clan had a high donation average for everyone (in the hundreds). Thank you
